We promptly fill out and file all insurance forms as a
service to our patients. We answer all insurance company requests for
additional information in a timely manner. Our goal is to assist you in

Care Credit and other
medical/dental three to six month no-interest financing available.
Prepayment Discounts
Discounts (up to 10%) for prepayment with certified checks.
Discounts( up to 5%) for payment in full on the day of
